Spotify pauses only when driving iOS 10.1.1 & Spotify6.8.03786

Spotify plays fine on Wifi and 4G/LTE. However on Blue Tooth driving it pausesconstantly !!! This is a new issue since maybe 30 days ago Sept/Oct
