My Question or Issue

I am listening to a podcast and it keeps constantly rewinding I tried playing a song and faced the same issue, I re installed the app and again the clock in the podcast keeps going backwards

That's an odd behavior. Just to be sure we're on the same page, when you're playing a song or a podcast, all of a sudden your playback backtracks to a previous point (seconds/minutes ago) and starts playing from there. Can you confirm if that's what's happening?

In that case, can you let me know if this also happens when you're using a different device or only from your iPhone? Also, can you try checking if this happens when you're using a different internet connection? You can try mobile data vs WiFi to see if that makes any difference.

As another troubleshooting step, I'd recommend you try having a clean reinstall of the app. This is different to a regular reinstall (more in depth).
