My spotify app crashes almost every time upon start up and will freeze periodically while listening to music.

Hey @Zach13 There are a couple troubleshooting steps to try first:

1. Hard reset - Hold down the Home + Power keys until your phone restarts. 

2. clean reinstallation - Just note you'll need to resync your offline playlists. 

If you're still having trouble, please let us know if you've got any other apps runningin the background--any cache clearing apps?
