Create Playlist Folder

I was wondering if there is a way i can make playlist folders on the iphone app. I tried on desktop but was unable and so i didnt know if there was another way you had to do it!

Go to ''your library'' then scroll to the top and press edit. You should now see create in rhe top of the right corner.
