Hi my daily mixes recently updated and gave me new ones but when I go to play them I'm getting a error message x I can play daily mix 2 & 3 as they were the only ones I had until recently x I'm using the Spotify app on an iPhone 6s plus with ISO 10.2.1 x I was wondering if anyone can help as I love use the daily mixes thanks x
Have you tested if they work ok in a different device? You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.
If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
