Download Button missing

There's usually a switch to download saved songs in your library. It's missing, from everything, it's now an option instead in the context menu, this is 80% of the reason why I use Spotify Premium, please help.

I happened to notice that you have a jailbroken iPhone. There might be a small chance that the fact you have a jailbroken iPhone may be intefering with Spotify's featureset. But there's also the chance that this is an A/B test, which more than likely is the case. However, Spotify does not advise the use of using Spotify with a jailbroken iPhone, IIRC. Jailbreaking your iPhone reduces the security and might interfere with various apps on your phone.
