Download problem

This has been happening for over a month. Downloads get undownloaded. Every time I play music it stops randomly. I've lost a lot of tracks. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Still problematic.

I've been having the same issues. I actually went over on data this month because I've been playing songs I thought were downloaded to my phone still, but it deleted my entire library. It's unreal.
