Downloading Podcasts subtitles for Offline Play?

I’m using iPhone XS with iOS 14.2

My Question or Issue

I’m trying to download Joe Rogan episodes with subtitles to play offline. The episodes downloads and plays normally but the subtitles needs internet connection to show up. I happen to work in an area with no internet connection so subtitles don’t show up at all. Is there any way to have download subtitles for offline play?

Currently there is no option to activate the subtitles without an internet connection. We always strive to improve our app and the experience with it. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us and will make sure to pass it on to the right team.
