My Question or Issue

have deleted and reinstalled, restarted my Apple TV, but none of this has resolved the problem. My iPhone 13 Pro Max works fine.

I am also experiencing the same situation.  It began last week on 11/5/2024.  I chatted with support and they said that they were aware of the issue, wait 48 hours, and try again.  Today I have experienced the following when opening the Spotify app:
1) a black screen that then crashes and returns to the Apple TV homepage
2) A message saying "Check your network connection" (it was connected; other apps open with no problem)
3) A message saying "Error 100".
I have:
-Uninstalled and reinstalled the app (I now have version 1.50.5)
-Verified that the Apple TV is up to date (tvOS18.1)
-Restarted the Apple TV
-Unplugged the Apple TV from the wall and the TV set
-Unplugged and restarted my router
I will also be checking in with support again - is there anything that has worked to get the Spotify app working on Apple TV 4K?

You have done everything as I have done and one day start working and next day stop working again. Its a shame this happen...
