Error 404

Unable to login to Spotify on iPad and iPhone due to error 404. Working fine this morning. Thanks in advance for any help/updates

even when i trying to login with my email it said ' you have alrady created a account with this email' but i was trying to login!!!!!!!!!1 wth

All I did was turn it off for a few days and it corrected itself when I retried.

I haven't logged onto FaceBook in years, but I still use the same email and password. When I tried logging into FaceBook, It said that my account has been disabled. I honestly do not know why It has been disabled. Like I said, I haven't went on Facebook in years. Unfourtunatly I bought Premium on that email. If I need to create a new profile, is there a way to transfer my Premium to the new account?

I was kicked out of my spotify on my iphone. I created a new Facebook profile about 3 months ago and it looks like the two apps somehow auto connected. Now I can't log into my spotify account without going through Facebook. Before knowing this, I deleted the Spotify app from my facebook profile. Now I can't access my spotify account, nor can I send a password reset!!!! I keep getting wither the Error 401 or Error 404.

When I try and reset my password I get the following. "It looks like you are using your Facebook credentials to log in to Spotify. To change your Facebook password go to your settings page at facebook.com."

Having 404 error on IPhone using email. Changed password, deleted and up dated app. Works on TV and Mac book. I’m in Canada.

Same here! I just tried to login from another device with the correct loging and password. 404 comes up as error. Its impossible to get in touch with support at Spotify!
