My Question or Issue

 When I try to share a song to my Instagram story, I get this error. I can usually share songs no problem, but today keep getting this error even after reinstalling the apps and restarting my phone.

I’ve had the same problem. I’m an iPhone 7 user as well. I’ve tried sharing several different songs but keep getting the same message.

Are your Spotify and Instagram both running the latest version? Usually when your running older versions, you don’t have all the features.

Yes they are both updated. I tried to share a song today and it magically worked, so I’m not sure what the issue was.
