spotify keep shut down after 

profile > account. It keeps bugging and shuts completely down after trying. Please fix this bug. Can’t see account information.

As a first step in troubleshooting this issue, can you please try reinstalling the app? If the issue persists, try using a different internet connection and check if you have any pending system updates.
