Extreme sounds like normal on iOS 6 beta 4 withe new update

I tried reinstalling app too. Let me know if you have the same issues. Sucks. It says extreme still it just sounds like normal compared to my iPad on ios5

Apple screwed up audio for 3rd party apps in beta 4. Hopefully there will be a fix in the next beta.

Yeah, but it's really hard without the risk of losing data.

I downgraded back to beta 3 on my iPad and then sycned all settings and data back to my iPad but I lost all messages.

I really don't use iMessages much so it didn't bother me.

This is why the betas should only be used if you know how to do things.

I would wait until the next beta comes and just update to it over OTA.

If you really want to know how, let me know.

My first guess is download beta three and restore from there? Spotify is what I use the most on my phone. Thanks in advance man. If you can iMessage me that would be awesome too!

First off, please delete you email address. Spam bots crawl the Internet and will send you spam.

Yeah, go into iTunes and right click your device name in the sidebar and click on back up.

You then need to find or download the iOS 6 beta 3 file for your device.

Then hold down control or shift depending on your PC OS and then click on restore.

Then when it's done it will allow you to choose the backup that you just made.

Settings and apps will then be synced back over.

I lost all messages in my messages app, so I'm not sure if you will get those back or not.

Not all settings will restore so look through the settings app to make sure everything is how you want it.

(Like some message tones and Facebook and Twitter logins)

Any offline synced playlists in the Spotify app will have to be re-downloaded.

Then after everything is back to how you want it, backup your device again just to make sure.

Then you can update to beat 5 using OTA update in settings when it comes out.
