Friend feed on iphone?

I did a quick search and didn't find anything--I hope this hasn't been answerd a million times....

So I have a friend who is NOT on facebook which I can see via the friend feed ON MY DESKTOP.  However, on my iphone 6 I am unable to locate anyone who is no on facebook.  Even if I could, I don't know how to locate the friend feed via IOS. 

Halp?

The Friend Feed is currently not available in the mobile apps.

That's really unfortunate--hard to beleive that this hasn 't been addressed at this point.
