I'm unable to select songs to play directly and can't replay or go forward in a playlist. I was able to do this all before.. Can someone please assist

Hi, it says free but I got it from a promo from my internet provider. When I cancelled the service, Spotify changed to the free setting, where I heard ads etc. But I recently went back to my old provider and had the option again and opted for Spotify but not it's not working as it was..

Hmmm.. I guess something must've gone wrong with the reactivation. I'd suggest you call your Internet Service Provider and ask them for support.

Seems like that.. I did call them but no one knows what to do.. Says its Spotify.. 😞
