Hello there, I have noticed that Spotify updated their mobile and desktop homescreen shelves in 2021. Thinking it was a beta feature, I didn't think anything of my desktop or mobile devices not receiving the update, but it's been about a year since the roll-out and my devices still have not received this update. I have done it all -- downloaded the most recent updates, logged out and logged back in, clean reset my profiles, deleted the apps and redownloaded, as well as restarted my phone to no avail. It still shows the 2020 version of the Spotify homescreen.

It's really become a pet peeve moreso than anything and I would like this to be resolved. Chatted with Spotify support, but the advisor merely told me to restart my phone.

In order to check further, could you send us the make/model, OS version and Spotify version installed on your devices? Also, let us know if this happens when logging in with a different account.

Lastly, tell us if the web player looks different from the app versions and send us a screenshot of how the Home tab looks from your end (app).
