What iOS and Spotify versions, respectively, are you on? Also, are there only specific songs you can't play, or whole playlists?
Just to double-check, have you also tried clear-reinstalling the app (as opposed to a quick reinstall)? It'd be great to give it really is like a fresh new start for the app (even better if you do it after double-checking your iOS is fully up to date).
