How do I search public playlists.

I've got a premium account and want to search public playlists on Spotify on my iphone. Is this possible?

It is possible in the new instant searching which is currently rolling out to users as announced in the release notes. 

If you have tabs on below the search box when you search, you haven't got it yet but it should make it to you soon!
