I Pad mini

I have an ipad mini and downloaded the spotify app but I cant seem to be able to download the "free" spotify I only seem to have the option for premium. Am I able to download spotify without signing up to the premium package?

Using Spotify on any mobile device, whether it is a tablet or phone requires a Premium subscription unless you are based in the USA in which case you can access the mobile radio for free.

Ah okay explains alot. My friend told me  he didnt pay for his spotify so I think he may be telling a white lie.haha
