My Question or Issue

I have many devices, Windows surface, televisions etc. 

I also have an iPhone 15 that’s my main device and an iPad 11 4th gen. 
I have woken up this morning to both Apple devices being unable to load the Home Screen. 
the iPhone reports “something went wrong please reload”. The iPad just won’t load it. 
Interestingly all the other non-Apple devices are working perfectly fine.  

Things I’ve tried:

1. sighed out of everything more than twice on the same day. 
2. Deleted app. 
3. Cleared cache data for spotify app

4. rebooted iphone

5. reinstalled app

6. logged back in

7. problem persists

1. signed out more than twice, cleared Cach and deleted app, reinstalled 

2. Re logged in on non Apple devices, all working fine

3. logged in on iPad - no home screen

4. logged in iPhone - no Home Screen 


checked network

1. Retried process on 2 totally different networks with same results 

 

Tried using Spotify web based via Chrome and the Home Screen loads fine on all devices via Chrome. Just not the Spotify app. 

so this is limited to IOS, and the Spotify app. 

There must be something stuck in the Spotify side relating to the Apple logins or security or something that won’t clear but I am unable to work it out. 

Please help

mine's not loading either 😕

Sigh…. It’s loading now. Server side must have finally reset. 

Same thing is happening to me. Any fix yet?

Log out twice. So log in then log out. Log in the log out. Then once you log in the third time just wait. Mine took a few hours but the server eventually updated.

My Question or Issue

On the home tab, nothing is loading and there is a message that says “something went wrong, have another go?” Then there is a reload button that does nothing.

 

I can still access my playlist through the other tabs but the features that are solely on the home tab are inaccessible.

Same thing is happening to me. Any fixes?

I've been having this same issue all weekend. I figured after a day or so, it would fix itself, but it didn't. I'm using an iPhone 15 Pro Max on iOS 18.5 and I have Family Basic. I've tried closing and reopening the app, looking for updates for the app (there were none), restarting my phone, clearing the Spotify cache from within the app, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Nothing I've tried has worked. I tried looking through the forum and Reddit, but your post is the first that I've found referencing this issue. I'm currently chatting with Spotify Support, I'll post the fix if they have one, but it's not looking very promising so far.

My Question or Issue

Hi,

I'm hoping someone might be able to help. Last Friday I opened my spotify and the mobile home app didn't load but I was at work with not the best wifi so I didn't think too much about it. When I got home I tried to load the home screen again and it wouldn't work, the message that keeps popping up is "Something went wrong, have another go?". After doing some research to see what others have said, I've cleared my downloads and cache, updated the app, un-downloaded and reinstalled, along with logging out and logging back in. The strangest part is I can still navigate the rest of the app, the search, library and create buttons all still work. Please let me know if there is some kind of user error I'm missing or if you've had the same issue.

I spent over an hour chatting with support and tried several other troubleshooting steps only to have them tell me this issue needs to be escalated to their "highest level of support". I'm not holding my breath that this highest level of support will be able to fix this issue, but we'll see.

I'm not sure if the advanced tech support did something on the backend, but I tried again just now, and it seems to be fixed!

Also still having problems. Tried the log in/out method several times to no avail.

Is Low Power Mode switched on on your devices? If so, try disabling it in the iOS Settings > Battery. If you're using any other battery-optimizing or data-saving software, as well as VPN, I'd suggest disabling them to see if that helps.
