Infinite Skip Problem

Hi everyone, I am having problems with skipping. I use an iphone 6 (iOS 10.3.2), free user and when I try to press play on playlists, it skips infinitely until it reaches the capacity per day of free skips, then displaying the image ''You discovered a Premium feature! Upgrade to ...'' Spotify version (8.4.8.467).

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, closing crossfade and gapless playback, didn't work. Please help.

Have you foud how to fix the issue I've got the same probleme.

Thank you for your post in this thread.

 

This is expected behavior when you're using your phone as a free user. 

 

You can choose what song you'd like to play manually on your desktop app or web player.

Hey that's not my issue I'm using a computer on Windows not my Phone and I
am a premieum user until the end of november.

In this case we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

 

We also suggest that you try with another internet connection to see if the issue persists.

 

Can you let us know which version of the app you have?
