Hi yes, I run Spotify on my iPad 1 version 0.7.2.26 and I can no longer search for playlists, is there a fix for this?

Your device no longer meets Spotify's current system requirements and you're using a quite old version of the app so I'm unable to provide any support: https://support.spotify.com/article/spotify-system-requirements/.
