Iphone doesn't recognize

Hi everybody,

I'm studient in USA (i'm from France), i use spotify with a prenium account,

The software doesn't recognize my iphone when i connect him on my laptop (both, wifi and usb).

It's a boring problem and i want to know how to fix it...

What's the solution ?

It's already worked a long time ago, i succeed one time,

i saw a lots of persons like me which didn't resolve their problems...

I reinstalled the software a lots of time, the same thing for the application....

I bought the prenium account since 3 month, if you didn't find any solution i will stop...

I tried to find some informations on internet but i didn't find the best way to fix it.
