Issue still occurs

This problem occurs specifically when listening to spotify through bluetooth. Issue has occurred since ios 6 launch. Still there in ios 7.0.1

Looks like I made a new thread by accident instead of posting in an existing one. Oops.

The problem is that if I'm listening to spotify in the car, and siri is activated, spotify will resume and "interrupt" siri before I can issue a command.

This issue has existed at least since the iPhone 5 launched, and it still occurs with ios 7 on a 5s. I know it's an issue with spotify because the built in music app does not have the same behavior.
