Issues initializing songs

My Question or Issue:

I’’m having issues with songs initializing sometimes when I select them if I’m already listening to music. For example, today I was listening to a playlist I tried to select a song from a different album and it wouldn’t switch over no matter how many times I clicked the song. I had to restart Spotify to listen to the song I wanted. Also, sometimes when I put a song in Queue when I’m in a shuffle not only will the song not play but my shuffle cancels out.

In this case we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If that doesn't do the trick, can you log in with another account - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persist?
