Local Files Not Playing After Transferring Data Onto a New Phone

My Question or Issue

Hey,

So I had just got a new phone and had transferred all my data onto it, but for some unknown reason, whenever I want to play a local file, it doesn't let me play it. It doesn't say any reason, it just stops playing it.
