Local Files not shown

The iPad App always shows the playlist "Local Files". I wanted to sync my local files then, so I started the Desktop Program, first connected the iPad and then ticked the "Local Files".

It says pending, but nothing more. The Playlist on my iPad remains empty.

Sometimes it doesn't seem to work correctly. Try adding the local files to a playlist then offline mode the playlist instead?
