Local Files will not appear in iOS playlist

My Question or Issue

I made a playlist from my local files on my pc and I clicked download on both the pc and my phone and none of the songs showed up. Both device were on the same account I can see the gray download arrow on my phone but no songs will appear. I have tried long both account out and back in multiple times, I have uninstalled both apps and reinstalled still nothing. I tried uninstalling the playlist on my pc and now the Waiting... is next to the download switch. Please help.

Hey! Sorry to hear you're having issues! Have you taken a look at this guide yet and tried some of the other troubleshooting options listed? That might be a good place to start!

These are the types of file types currently supported by Spotify:

• .mp3
• .m4p (unless it contains video)
• .mp4 (if QuickTime is installed on your computer)
