Local file tab does not show up

For some strange reason, my app just refuses to show me my local files no matter what i do. I have sdded them to my spotify folder, i have done a full reset of the app. No forum is helping me, however what i think is the solution is spotify in settings doesnt even show me locsl network. Perhaps something is blocking it? Thanks
