Lyric is not available for my account. My wife who is under the same Duo account has lyrics. She tried logging in her account on my phone and having no problem.

I guess it's an account issue. I have tried logging-off, off-load app, reinstallation, restart device... still not working...

Please help. Thanks.

Hey @Godot0422, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Great steps that you have tried so far. The best thing we could try now is to see if this shows up with a new Spotify account. Could you try creating a new test account here and let me know if the lyrics show up on that new account?

Thanks for the help here.

I created another account and it kind of works.

 

When I first click a song, the lyric bar does not appear. After I close and re-open the app, click on the same song, then the lyric is there. Just attached screenshots below.

Is this normal? Thanks.

Hm, does the same thing happen? Or do you have to do this with every song you select?

I tried a few times and give it a little time before clicking on anything. I think the lyrics can function properly on the new account.

Can you guide me what I should do now for my old account ( with premium subscription) to work?
