With my macbook pro I am connected to the internet. I have an active spotify account and can access it with my IPhone and my wife can access it with her computer and IPad. I have uninstalled and installed the Spotify App multiple times the past 2 days trying to access music. Every time I get a message that I'm not connected to the internet. I've wotked with Apple tech support for at least an hour making sure that settings are correct, no firewall problems etc. I sent message to spotify yesterday and have a case number but still no solution to my problem. Can anybody help me or give me a contact number?
