My music keeps pausing and playing constantly whenever my phone is in my pocket or in movement. I tried playback and streaming quality already in attempt to fix it.

Sorry to hear your having issues

Are you using headphones when playing songs? 

If yes it may be these that are faulty and causing the songs to skip. 

If not try getting in touch with Spotify support!
