pausing due to 'playing somewhere else'

I have been dealing with this issue for months..it keeps pausing on my laptop and it's not playing anywhere else!  I have done every conceivable thing to fix this issue...clearing cache, uninstalling, reinstalling, etc...and still every 2 min it's pausing!  I have chatted with support and gotten emails telling me to do what I've already done.. Anyone else having issues with this?
