Offline playlist

A few months I lost the ability to play music offline. The playlist is there the offline is gone. I travel a lot where there is no reception so that feature is the main reason I have this. Only on 1 iPhone 800 songs in playlist. Please help

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling Spotify from your phone?
