Using Spotify
Listen Everywhere
Login to the offline devices page and remove all devices and then try to sync again:
https://www.spotify.com/accounts/offline-devices/
Then to offline sync:
- Tap Available Offline to ON at the top of the playlist.
- A green arrow will appear next to the playlist when it is done downloading
