Pay Maya Not Acceptable

Pay Maya Not Acceptable

I used pay maya before to get the premium,and then I cancelled the premium serivce. When Im ready to get the premium, and enter the same details like before for payment, I get an error. See attached image.

Tried both incognito and another browser but it still won't go through

My spotify premium (student) payment authorization keeps getting an error and I've tried doing the solution in this forum (incognito and other devices method) atleast 6 times and it still doesn't work. I also contacted Paymaya and said that I met the requirements. So what should I do?

Alright, just to confirm, you have more than ₱65 on your Paymaya card? Also, could you try this on a different network connection? Let me know how you get on! 🙂

Hey I'm from Mexico and I'm having the same issues. Already contacted facebook support but no response yet. I've tried with three different devices, 3 credit cards (Visa, MasterCard AND American Express) and 1 debit card and still haven't been able to obtain the premium service again. It was the same issue, I had my premium account then cancelled it and tried to get it again unsuccesfully.

hi! how can i have a refund on my paymaya account? i subscribed to spotify student premium but cant push through since i dont have the documents to prove that i am a student. but it was charged anyway. i want to have the refund as soon as possible. thanks!

That charge is most likely a pending charge, so no worries, it should disappear after a few days. Let me know if it won't disappear and I'll be happy to look into it. 🙂
