My Question or Issue

Downloaded songs won’t play offline unless my data is on. It’s the 3rd month in a row that 3 gigs of usage because of Spotify because I have to keep my data on in order to play my downloaded songs. I actually wanted to speak with them directly to see how they would accommodate me for this. I’ve ran out of data for my month sooner than my phone bill renewal n had to go without data for my regular usage of other important stuff, not cool.
