Playlists gone

I have a Spotify premium account and when I go into my account and go to playlists, none of my playlists are there and when I try to add a song to a playlist they don't come up. I can find my playlists if I search for them by name but can't download them or anything. It's the same on both my phones (5s and 6)

Hey @christiannbest

First, see if this works:

1. Log out of your Spotify premium account

2. Log back into it

If that doesn't work, try this:

1. Delete Spotify

2. Reset your iphone (hold power + home until it shuts off)

3. Download Spotify

4. Check for your playlists

Hi managed to get one back by searching for it on the computer and then dragging it into 'my playlists'. Tried ur suggestion and that didn't work with the rest of the playlists that I can't find on search
