Podcast episode selection too sensitive

My Question or Issue

When I scroll through the list of episodes for a podcast, the "selection" click is much much too sensitive. I accidentally start playing essentially every single episode that my finger touches as I scroll through episodes, which is very disrupting to my listening experience. Is there a way to make the episode selection for a podcast episode less sensitive? I do not have this problem when scrolling through songs in a playlist, it is only podcast episodes. Thanks!
