My Question or Issue

Hey,

Unfortunately I recently encountered a problem in the Free plan I subscribe to on my iPad I use the new format ,but my iPhone has not upgraded the options as on the iPad. I used the same user on both devices. Requests your help in solving the problem.

That is correct! The free tier on mobile is more limited.

The iPad has some advantages over the mobile version, just like the desktop apps of Spotify do 🙂

 

That is not actually an issue but that's the way it works 🙂

Hey Billy,

Let me try to explain the issue, in my iPad I use the new format of the Free plan. For example I can listen and see every and any songs in the playlists, But in my iPhone I can access only listen to playlists in shuffle mode and I have a limit select of songs per hour. To support the issue I added 2 screenshots to show the differences.
