Problems logging in

Problems logging in

New account worked well until I had to open my account on my second device. It kept saying that username/password incorrect. After a couple of tries I just gave up and opted to reset password. I was able to access it on my iPhone 4s but when I am trying to log in on my iPhone 5s it says again that username/password incorrect. After a couple of tries, I went on to Safari and tried to access my account there. Then I was able to log in. Help please!!

Hi,

 

Have you confirmed that your not having any typo issues on the phone? As passwords are case sensitive, this is often the biggest reason for what's happening.
