My Question or Issue

My queue keeps adding songs that I had just listened to or skipped, even from days before. It happens when I exit out of the app or add songs to the playlist I am actively listening to. Additionally, it won’t shuffle the queue if I choose a song in the same playlist like it used to.

Just to confirm, when you mention the queue keeps adding songs, are you referring to the Smart Shuffle? Also, does the same happen across devices or only on your iPhone? 

 

On another note, keep in mind that you can re-shuffle your queue, by opening it and tapping on the Shuffle button. If the playlist was already shuffled, you'd need to tap on it twice since tapping on it once would activate the Smart Shuffle. 

 

If this is not how it works on your end, could you send us a short screen recording where we can see the issue happening? We'll take a closer look. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).
