Streaming quality

Hi I’m unable to change my settings for audio streaming quality on my iPhone, the Spotify app has access to my mobile data.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

This is expected behavior if you have the Data saver turned On as the app automatically lowers the steaming quality and disables other features that may use a lot of data. So in this case, we'd recommend turning the data saver from On/Automatic to Off by tapping on your profile picture and selecting Settings and privacy > Data-saving and offline > Data Saver.
