I keep having issues with the shuffle and repeat.
This problem started a couple of days ago but now it's really getting on my nerves. My device keeps automatically turning on the shuffle button even though I never use it. It usually happens whenever I click onto a playlist and then start playing a song. On top of that, my repeat button automatically turns off whever I click a song. It doesnt matter if it's in a playlist or not, it just switches off after clicking a song. Please help!!

First up, we suggest that you log out everywhere and then restart your phone.
If this doesn't do the trick, it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. This one is more thorough than the usual one.
If the issue persists after following those steps, would you mind sending us a short screen recording of the issue happening so we can take a closer look? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).

When you say, that the shuffle button toggles on, do you mean this happens automatically without any action from your end? This is important, because there are certain default settings of the buttons to which the app reverts to after starting a different song or a playlist. This is the behavior with the repeat button - it gets reset with every song.
Also make sure to go through the post of @Eni if the buttons change state on their own without you starting a new playlist or a song.
