Car View Problem

My car view suddenly stopped working too.
This should be answerable. 

(iPhone 6, USB port directly into the deck. No bluetpoth or other. )

Could you just double check that Car view is enabled in your mobile app's settings:

1. Tap Home .
2. Tap Settings .
3. Under Car, switch Car view on.

If Car view is already on and it still isn't working, could you confirm the following for us:

• Does your car have Bluetooth capability?
• If so, could you try connecting via Bluetooth and seeing if that works?
• If not, could you let us know the make and model of your car?
