Recover iOS beta in TestFlight

It seems that i have lost the access to the iOS beta in TestFlight. Can you please help recovering it?

In fact I am already a beta tester. I just removed the access from TestFlight by mistake

I understand but that post will allow you to request another Testflight invite if the old you have doesn't work anymore.

In fact, once clicked, I got a message saying that the beta program is full on TestFlight

Ah I see.

Unfortunately you'll have to wait for the free spots on the beta program. Check both channels, Alpha and Beta if they do have spots to claim in the program.
