Running Playlist doesn't load

Running Playlist doesn't load

I have a problem with the Running feature of Spotify for iOS. I've been using the running feature for a few months without any issues. About two weeks ago the following problem occours and I cannot use the feature anymore:

 

If I choose Browse and then Running, only three dots appear (loading screen). Even after waiting for minutes nothing happens (i.e. no playlists are loading). I tried using the feature on Wifi and on LTE and I reinstalled the app without any success. All other features are working fine.

 

Last tested with Spotify version 5.2.0.1205 and iOS 9.3 (on an iPhone 6).

 

Can anyone provide a solution for this problem?

Try restarting the iPhone by holding home and lock for 10 seconds.

If that doesn't help try to login on your account, on a different device, then try accessing Running. Does the same thing happen?

Thank you for your suggestions. I cannot test the feature on another device since I only own one iphone. But I tried using the feature with the Spotify account of my syster and it worked on my iphone. Therefor I suspect the issue is related to my account.
