Can't get Spotify to play through bluetooth in 2012 Chevrolet on Iphone 5s

I'm connected to bluetooth in vehicle, and can make calls through bluetooth. However, when I play Spotify I can only hear it through my Iphone. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

doesn't recognize my Premium account on my devices
