Sharing Problem

This past week or so, I've noticed that sharing no longer seems to work for me.

I tried to share a song twice last week on my iPhone 5S through the mobile app, but after I shared it, it never appeared in my "Activity" feed like my previous shares had. This morning, I tried sharing a different song on my 5S and I encountered the same problem.

Right before posting this, I tried it on my Desktop / Mac and I've encountered the same problem there with the track I tried to share this morning.

The weird part is that my Activity thread says that there's a new share (there's a little green 1), but when I open it, my share hasn't appeared.
