Sharing to Instagram Error in iOS 13

My Question or Issue

I recently upgraded my phone and it came with iOS 13 loaded onto it, I had no problems sharing to instagram on my previous phone a couple of days ago but now I'm getting a dialog box saying it can't share. This has been happening for yesterday and today.

I've logged out every device, reinstalled instagram and spotify, and still get the same issue. I'm using version 112.0 of instagram and version 8.5.25 of Spotify.

the exact same thing is happening to me since i download ios 13.1. is spotify not optimized for it yet??

I'd also recommend updating to iOS 13.1.1 as it was released today.
